4 or so boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup honey
1 tea dried basil
3 cloves of garlic minced
Instructions
Whisk together the garlic, basil, coconut aminos, ketchup, and honey.
Add the chicken to the slower cooker /crockpot.
Pour the sauce over and mix everything together.
Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
If you are short on time you can cook it on high.
