This is normally made with a pork tenderloin but I made it with sirloin tip roast from Costco. This recipe is very easy-- put it in the slower cooker and let it cook all day. I serve on gluten free buns, but we also eat it right out of a cup when we want a quick lunch.
Place the pork in a slow cooker pour a half of bottle of barbeque sauce over it, 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic, and 1 tablespoon of dried onions. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds easily, 6 to 7 hours.
